Since purchasing her first piece of land in the 90s, Louise has been involved in building, developing and renovating residential and investment property.
She also brings over 20 years' experience working in property management and body corporate, both residential and commercial. This has provided her with extensive property knowledge and exceptional organisational skills. A strong moral compass and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome underpins everything she does.
It is fair to say, having spent most of her life working with property, that it is a passion for her, and one that she loves to share with others. Her enthusiasm and commitment to strong working relationships, communication and her organised approach ensures every client will receive the utmost care and attention to detail in their property journey. When not at work, you will find her renovating her house, working on her fitness or enjoying the beach. As an Omanu resident with a son at Mount Maunganui College and a dog that takes every opportunity to escape to the beach, she loves the easy living in this gorgeous Bay of Plenty and is always ready to share her local knowledge.
